Banking is a demanding job with tremendous responsibility and pressure,Thanks to that we the banker have less social and family life. Staying away from home years after years but still we are surving our country like the indian soldiers. The difference is that they are recognised and respected but we are neglected.I call it 'THE BANKING SECURITY FORCE'(BSF).Serving our nation and its rural parts without any appreciation and demand.Especially male staff of any bank face adversity and they have a little family life turning them into sadist later in their career. When people are in a bad position they always search for others who are in a worst position, to make them realise that they have some comfort and yes, not everything is wrong in their lives.So,backbone of our nation is financial system.I call it Bank bone which saved our nation through thick and thin like our mothers.She does everything but gets nothing even appreciation because we think that is her job. If one day she does not enter the kitchen we think what is she doing-'is she mad, she is so lazy," like some people think about bankers.So imagine! If all the bankers strike for 1 week what will happen..if they strike for 1 month or 1 year what will happen ? Youth of india will not stand any dictatorship because they know when to rise and when to speak. We have brains,educational backup and technology to change our nation. Leave india to us. We know how to build our nation or will learn by mistakes.This is our era. JAI HIND!
