Banking is a demanding job with tremendous responsibility and pressure,Thanks to that we the banker have less social and family life. Staying away from home years after years but still we are surving our country like the indian soldiers. The difference is that they are recognised and respected but we are neglected.I call it 'THE BANKING SECURITY FORCE'(BSF).Serving our nation and its rural parts without any appreciation and demand.Especially male staff of any bank face adversity and they have a little family life turning them into sadist later in their career.
